- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been taking my animals to Briar Patch since 1987. In that time I have had five cats and three dogs. I continue to appreciate the competent and caring staff, from the moment we enter to the good-byes on the way to the car. And this has been true no matter which doctor we see. I've always known the doctors at Briar Patch to be thorough, sympathetic, and diligent. The thing that really stands out about the entire staff at Briar Patch is that they really, genuinely care about my animals and me, and are willing to listen to any concerns about my pets and answer all of the (considerable number of) questions I have, with patience and details. I never feel as though I am being rushed in and out, just to make the business more money; my animals have always received the best care at Briar Patch. Anyone who hasn't been to Briar Patch in a while should give Briar Patch another try, because they are, quite simply, among the best veterinarians and technicians here in Ithaca.August 15, 2017by Joshua Adams
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called Briar Patch Monday morning because my guinea pig had a cut across the top of one of his toes. They were able to get me in Tuesday afternoon with Dr. Rhinehart. I was beyond impressed with all the staff, especially Dr. Rhinehart's knowledge and attention to detail regarding my little guy. She treated him with the utmost care and compassion. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Rhinehart and the rest of the staff have been amazingly patient and flexible with my large, reactive dog.
