- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I don't have many choices for dental care because of my insurance. The staff here have always been attentive. Because they are a very busy practice, it IS NECESSARY to ask lots of questions and ask communicate your needs clearly as they are a busy office. I scheduled a consult and the the doctor helped me understand the process. As I have multiple tooth issues, I was not clear on what the steps to resolve them would be. I felt frustrated, so I scheduled a consult with Dr .Singh and the issues have been resolved. I still don't like going to the dentist of course, but my opinion of the Tompkins Dental has changed.
