We have held several policies with Frannie for motorcycle, snowmobile, and renters insurance and they are excellent at explaining all our coverage options as well as walking us through the process. It was really important to us that they took the time to fully explain everything and help to educate us on what we were purchasing. They were also exceptionally friendly and helpful when we had questions and the whole office is a pleasure to work with.
