- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Tried to take a family member with no insurance. We were willing to pay for services at the time of being seen but was refused service because of a prior billing issue. I understand the patient had a prior bill but the family was trying to help out and willing to pay (and paid off the bill) but the clinic still refused to see him.November 20, 2017by Lisa LeViere
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They do not contact you back with lab results. They also lost a jug of my urine that was collected over 24 hours and never apologized for it. I had to do the whole thing over again. Another time they made me wait 2 hours past my appointment without telling me it would take that long to be seen. I had to leave with a horrible burn on my leg to pick up a friends child from school. The woman at the desk never apologized. Very unprofessional office. I guess they don't want to do their jobs.November 25, 2016by Attila709
