- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪PRO: Dr. Kapur used used high pressure water and a mild abrasive to clean the teeth rather than using metal scrapers. I found this to be quick, painless, and effective. CONS: 1)Unprofessional: Dr. Kapur was distracted during my cavity filling procedure. She discussed personal family issues with her assistant, and paid very little attention to the procedure itself. 2)Lied: I went in for one filling, but left with three! When I spoke with Dr. Kapur about this discrepancy, she dismissed me. 3)Poor Workmanship: The three fillings she gave me have been problematic since day one. The silver regularly chips when I floss, and I still have discomfort while chewing two years after receiving these fillings. When I spoke with Dr. Kapur about this problem, she insisted that I was mistaken and that the filling couldn't possibly be defective; however, I received Xrays this afternoon at a different dentist's office, and there is clearly exposed inner tooth where there was previously silver.October 11, 2017by A Google User
