- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been a customer of the Rite Aid on Pine Tree Road in Ithaca for over 15 years. They do their jobs well, they are kind and they are thorough. Whenever there has been an issue with my medication, be it insurance or an issue with the prescription my doctor wrote, they are on the phone doing everything they can to get me what I need.
